Arlington Designated Green Community

The town of Arlington has been designated as a Green Community under Massachusetts Green Communities Act.  Arlington is one of 35 towns that have met the criteria during the first round of applications.  This designation allows Arlington to access grants to the local communities to help implement programs to make Arlington more sustainable.

Sustainable Arlington's Green Communities Act Committee played an instrumental role in helping the town apply for and receive this designation. (Go Team!)
